An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. 

\n

What will I be doing?

\n\nOversee operations of Food and Beverage outlets\nMaintain exceptional levels of customer service\nRecruit, manage, train, and develop the team\nAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility\nManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner\nWork within budgeted guidelines\nAssist in setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures\nDevelop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team\nAccountable for monthly stock takes\nIncentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue\nDeputise for the Food and Beverage manager in their absence\n\n

What are we looking for?

\n\nPrevious Food and Beverage Management or Supervisory experience\nKnowledge of Financial Systems\nFlexibility to respond to a range of work situations\nCommitted to delivering high levels of customer service\nPositive attitude\nGood communication skills\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nExcellent grooming standards\n\n
