ASSISTANT FITNESS MANAGER
Who is an Assistant Fitness Manager?
The Assistant Fitness Manager is responsible for the sales and service of new Members. They must assist the Fitness Manager in maintaining a high standard of professionalism, results-based programming, and profitability in the Personal Training Department. This role is designed to develop Assistant Fitness Managers into Fitness Managers within one year.
What will you be doing?
Achieving monthly premium and secondary product sales targets and close ratesEnsuring all new members are inducted to Personal Training offerings in the clubLeading their assigned Personal Trainers through coaching and development to achieve Club Key Performance IndicatorsParticipating or leading development activities, trainings and meetings to grow their skillsCompleting Personal Training administrationBuilding and maintaining your own client listTraining your clients so they achieve their health and fitness goals Working closely with all departments in the club to enhance overall club culture
Do you have what it takes?
Must have current, nationally recognized Personal Training certificationMinimum 1 year Personal Training experienceProven success in leading, training and motivating diverse teams to achieve performance goalsSuccess in achieving individual and team service and sales goalsSkilled in customer service, building great relationships and influencing othersPassion for helping others, and a commitment to personal health and fitnessCommitted to contributing to a culture that celebrates diversity, equity & inclusion and values giving back to communitiesAbility to consistently live our Core Values of Caring, Happiness, Integrity, Peak Attitude, Passion, Personal Fitness and Trust
