Duties and responsibilities related to the Assistant Finance Manager role:

Support the Director of Finance in the overall running of the finance department, ensuring alignment with the hotel's financial goals and strategies.Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance the workflow and efficiency of the finance department.Assist in preparing and reviewing financial statements, analysing variances with department managers, and managing cost controls and revenue enhancement.Support the year-end audit process by reviewing and approving reconciliations and audit work papers, coordinating external auditor's visits, responding to auditor requests, approving adjustments, reconciling audit numbers to property numbers, and approving the final audit.

About you 

You will have a relevant background in a similar role in the luxury five-star market with ACCA or similar qualifications. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential. Hotel experience is beneficial.
