Assistant Finance Manager, Finance Operation, HSBC Broker

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

· Be responsible for liquidity supervision and analysis of the entity.

· Undertake the timely provision of accurate and reconciled financial information

· Support management to provide first line analysis of variances and drivers primarily to Finance and Governance Control

· Respond to regular and ad hoc data and report requests from key Finance and non-finance customers

· Ensure that all reporting and analysis is provided to key stakeholders by deadlines

· Ensure all work undertaken complies with HSBC policies, procedures and work practices

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

· Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· 5 insurance financial experience and solid knowledge in insurance and other financial institutes background are highly preferred

· Strong insurance accounting knowledge and problem solving skill, core system project experiences are preferred.

· Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders

· Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities

· Excellent team player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision

· Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

· Self-motivation.
