Assistant Facilities Manager

We're looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Sheffield PFI contract portfolio.

 

Location: Sheffield

Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours may be available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

 

What will you be responsible for?

As an Assistant Facilities Manager, you'll be working within the PFI Contract team, supporting them in delivery of the PFI Portfolio.

Your day to day will include:

Through sub-contractors and/or Kier personnel, coordinate the activates of both reactive job requests and planned maintenance. Management and co-ordination of jobs through CONCEPT both Reactive and PPMS Generate contract specific management information and reports. Obtain and raise various documents i.e., sub-contractor quotes, & purchase order requests, Maintain H&S and compliance filing systems.

This role of Assistant Facilities Manager is great for you if:

You are self-motivated and work well under pressure. You are flexible to carry out a variety of tasks as requested. You are proficient in Microsoft office to include Email MS Word and, MS Excel You have previous office administration experience in a customer focused environment
