Job Responsibilities:
Review daily assignments of housekeeping inspections and room attendants Assumes responsibilities of Executive Housekeeper on that person's days off Assists in the initial presentation of the training programs and future follow-ups. Orders supplies as needed Promotes open communications between area supervisor and personal Works closely with all inspectors in their area to ensure established standards and procedures are met Recommends commendations, promotions, and disciplinary action of employees to the Executive Housekeeper Ensure accurate and timely information on room status is communicated to the housekeeping office and front desk and that proper docuantation is maintained. May perform work as a housekeeper, inspector, or houseperson, understands and is able to train employees on all roles within the department Review the initial stock of housekeeping supplies in linen rooms and prepare requisitions for housekeepers’s approval Keeps Executive Housekeeper and management informed of any problems Ensures that all company policies and procedures are followed by personal under his or her supervision Ensure proper usage of chemical and cleaning supplies, ensure proper labeling of chemicals and adhere to OSHA regulations Inspect rooms daily for maintenance and cleanliness issues Walks property throughout the day to ensure that all staff is being followed up with Inspects the inspector's work for quality Understand productivity requirements of housekeepers and ensure that all employees are meeting requirements Other duties as assigned
The expected pay range is $55,000 - $65,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
