GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Enhance and expand The Salvation Army's Northeast Ohio Social Service Ministry through the evaluation and improvement of present programs. Specifically, responsible for the Pathway of Hope Program.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL DUTIES
In conjunction with DSSD, evaluate the on-going service delivery systems within the Corps, institutions, and service units throughout the Division, making recommendations as Assist with and/or conduct necessary program audits for social service programs.Fulfill the role of Pathway of Hope Regional Coordinator to support the Pathway of Hope program and staff in the NEOSA Division.
Essential function is to provide supervision to support the direct service, community resource development, and casework consultation to ensure the full implementation of the Pathway of Hope model within the Corps Cluster. This includes, but is not limited to:
Supervision of Pathway of Hope Corps/Corps ClustersDirect case consultation and technical assistance to caseworkersFacilitate regular caseworker meetingsEducation and TrainingConduct training sessions that support the initial implementation phase and ongoing requirements for Pathway of Program Evaluation and CertificationComplete regular record reviews and review of compliance standards n order to assure for program evaluation/certification requirements.Assist with the management of the Utility Assistance Program for the NEOSA Div This includes building relationships with corporate partners, understanding and disseminating the funding guidelines and supporting local corps staff in the use of these funds.Be available to assist with Social Services needs in the absence of the Social Services Other duties as assigned by supervisor

MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
Bachelor Degree in Social Work L
SW required
Minimum 5 years' experience in Social Work field
SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS.
Excellent people and communication skills
Possess a valid driver's license
