Job Description

Essential functions of the job are:

Own Safety at location(s) of responsibiity and conduct Safety

meetings in accordance with Company policy.

Drive and support company goals and operational priorities.

Direct employees within functional aeas of resposibilites.

Oversee hiring, compensation, compliance and HR issues for all

assigned site locations.

Commuicate job expectations, provide annual performance

evaluations, individual development plans, and coach direct reports/site

employees.

Develop a personnel succession plan for job roles at your location(s).

Craft a detailed operations plan and budget by line of business/customer

segment in concert with Regional Leader.

Work with Division Manager to implement regional and local priorities

and deliver on budgets and targets.

Regularly review production requirements; align on and drive towards

production targets and goals.

Manage inventory target levels for the site as well as affiliated satellite

and stocking points.

Authority to veto customer orders, scheduling and dispatch, job statues;

support regarding inventory allocation, scheduling and dispatch.

Collaborate with Div. Managers, satellite and hybrid Sales/Production.

Ensure company policies, manage physical facility, equipment, inventory

and other assets consistent with policy.

Provide timely reporting on site performace against key metrics.

Conduct site visits to ensure polcies, safety and quality of jobs.

Monitor inventory, load in/load out, material usage and storage.

• Drive operational excellences and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service

• Ensure timely and effective action is taken on all sales lead opportunities

• Assist with managing warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries

What qualifications do you need?

• Prior roles in a Supervisory or Management position

• Knowledgeable in the construction or distribution industry

• Proficient computer skills

• Experienced with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections

• College degree preferred, but not required
