Job Description
Responsible for driving sales growth in the Wholesale and MICE segments by developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Works closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to optimize pricing, forecast trends, and execute promotional activities. Represents the hotel at trade shows and industry events to expand market presence. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales planning skills required.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least five years experience in hotel sales and marketing
• Experience in luxury hotel brands
• Revenue management experience
• Ability to influence and persuade with excellent negotiation skills
• Strong sales and analytical knowledge
