Observe and evaluate the outcomes of implementing the solution to assess the need for alternative approaches and to identify lessons learned; Ability to make ethical decisions and exercise principled judgment and initiative when necessary. + Technology Utilization – Technology used in the position includes, but is not limited to: PeopleSoft (MaineStreet), Concur, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Zoom, COD, EPIC, NSLDS, various social media platforms, etc. + Regulatory Compliance – Demonstrated understanding of Title IV and other relevant rules and regulations, and the ability to keep up on and appropriately implement and train staff regarding rule changes. + Demonstrated understanding of, and appreciation for the mission of UMF, as well as the purpose of financial aid in college completion.
