The Assistant Director plays a critical role in advancing operational excellence for Education Abroad overseeing the day to day operations of Education Abroads EA student facing systems and processes including registration billing course evaluation and scholarships The Assistant Director ensures that EAs application management system and website are accessible function effectively and meet stakeholder needsThe Assistant Director facilitates relationships with colleagues across the University coordinating with campus partners to ensure the efficient operation of cross departmental processes and workflows supporting a seamless experience for students faculty and staff The Assistant Director contributes to the development and review of policies operationalizes procedures and workflows and manages projects to evaluate and improve efficient EA operationsThe Assistant Director broadly manages EAs scholarship funds and awarding process In consultation with the Director of Education Abroad and Associate Director for Operations they will develop and implement strategies for the allocation of funding resources to maximize impact to students and expand access to Education AbroadThe position supervises three positions and reports to the Associate Director of Operations
