Assistant Director, Engineering
**What You'll Do** We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Engineering to join our RIS (Retirement and Income Solutions) team. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering portfolio level initiatives to support the business at scale, while leading high performing engineering teams who drive high-impact technical initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to increasing revenue and customer satisfaction through key initiatives prioritized by the business. **You'll have the opportunity to:** + Leverage technology to uncover and capitalize on revenue growth opportunities, driving impactful outcomes and contributing to strategic business goals in a dynamic, high-profile setting + Assess emerging technology advancements; collaborate with business partners to understand their strategies and provide recommendations on future technical trends and directions. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. **Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)** $137000 - $185000 / year **Time Off Program** Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
