In this role, you will oversee all Residential Care Facility (RCF) programming, Homeless Services, and Brightli-owned housing locations, supervising management staff and providing clinical oversight to ensure quality care for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and professional ethical standards.

Present educational materials to promote understanding of mental health and system services.

Provide clinical oversight, treatment planning input, and consultation for staff and management.

Regularly review documentation to ensure compliance with content and timeliness requirements.

Recruit, hire, and manage staff, holding regular supervision and team meetings.

Address crises during business hours and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.
 

Specific Responsibilities:

RCF and Homeless Services:

Screen individuals for RCF placements and submit admission packets.

Serve as a liaison for referrals and provide consultation to RCF administrators.

Represent the system in Clinical Review Teams and Co-Occurring Court meetings.
 

START and Gardine/Wilkinson:

Oversee treatment programs, assessments, and facility maintenance.

Screen and admit clients while ensuring compliance with DMH, MHDC, CARF, and other regulations.
 

Clifton, Catalpa, South Creek Apartments, STEPS/Park Apartments, Edenton Ridge:

Ensure appropriate staffing and training at each location.

Conduct client screenings, manage census, and oversee clinical services.

Supervise program development and ensure ongoing training compliance.
 

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.

Valid Missouri Chauffeur's Driver’s License required.

Preferred: Missouri license as a Professional Counselor or Social Worker.

Supervisory Requirements:

Communicate organizational strategy and encourage team participation.

Provide leadership across all departmental functions.

Monitor and execute strategic objectives with team collaboration.

Handle challenging situations with respect and HR consultation.

Advocate for change and manage new initiatives effectively.

Promote a team-oriented approach and support input from all levels of staff.
 

Additional Qualifications:

Effective relationship-building via phone and in person.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Competency in basic math and reasoning to solve complex, standardized problems.

Adaptability and initiative in following directions and supervising staff effectively.
