Role description:
This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. Role accountabilities:
Take ownership of personal safety and adhere to Arcadis Health and Safety Principles. Perform duties aligned with the Arcadis behavioral framework and professional standards. Work collaboratively across teams and disciplines to meet project requirements. Execute allocated tasks within budget, timeframe, and quality objectives, exceeding client expectations. Lead BIM-based tasks, check and merge BIM models, and apply analytical, cost, and technical writing skills. Follow training plans, engage in knowledge-sharing activities, and work with mentors to develop technical excellence. Contribute to cost management assignments, including cost estimation, Bill of Quantities preparation, tender reviews, and contract variation assessments. Identify and address project risks, ensuring compliance and minimizing adverse impacts. Interpret data, prepare schedules and reports, and support senior colleagues with straightforward recommendations. Provide high-quality cost management information to stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent relevant discipline. Advanced skills in desktop applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel), BIM software, and technical knowledge in construction processes and cost/commercial management. 2-4 years of construction experience in consultancy or contracting. Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management abilities; capable of delivering analysis and insights within budget and schedule under supervision. Achieve required competencies per C&CM Accreditation Skills Log and demonstrate awareness of the wider organizational and program environment.Why Arcadis?
