Strategic Advisory Services
Responding to global challenges requires rapid adaptation and transformation of the built environment. Our Strategic Advisory Services is made up of three core teams -Transformation Advisory, Transport & Cities Advisory, and Economics Advisory – who together help our clients navigate change. As part of our growth ambitions, we are recruiting a motivated and driven graduate to join our Transformational Advisory Team.
Transformation Advisory Team
This role will be part of the multidisciplinary Transformational Advisory Team which is made up of Strategy and Communications specialists. The team supports clients in navigating complex challenges, identifying opportunities, and executing sustainable transformational initiatives to achieve strategic objectives. The successful candidate will develop skills in designing strategies, interpreting insights, and how to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients. Initially a broad role, the team offers the opportunity to specialise in Strategy, Communications or both disciplines.
As a Graduate in the Transformation Advisory team at Arup, you will:
Conduct research on industry trends, campaigns and market dynamics to support strategy development. Support on stakeholder engagement and strategic communications for clients. Assist in preparing reports and communication materials for clients, summarising findings, recommendations, and next steps. Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives delivering value to clients. Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations, workshops, and meetings. Support in coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and responsiveness. Collaborate with team members to ensure clear and effective communication across all project activities.

Business Engineering Management Communications or Social Studies PsychologyWe also value:
1-2 years relevant experience desirable Adaptable with an interest to learn on the job Strong professional acumen and work ethic. Capable of working as part of a team as well as independently, across multiple projects A sustainability mindset with an awareness of the economic, environmental and societal challenges facing organisations. Proficiency in MS Office applications Interest in infrastructure, transport, urban, sustainability and regional development.
