Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists in establishing and maintaining a nationally competitive intercollegiate women’s rowing program in the Big Ten and NCAA. Assists in all aspects of the rowing program, including recruiting, coaching current student-athletes on and off the water, assisting in fundraising, assisting in alumni relations.
