Job Summary Job SummaryNotre Dame High School is seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Coaches for our Girls Flag Football program. The Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including player development, practice planning, and game execution. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills to help foster a competitive and positive environment for student-athletes. The Athletic Department will provide support in administrative tasks, scheduling, and logistics to assist the coaching staff in running a successful program. Responsibilities: Assist the Head Coach in planning and leading structured practices, conditioning programs, and game strategies. Provide individual and group instruction to enhance player skills, teamwork, and overall performance. Support the development of a disciplined and positive team culture that prioritizes sportsmanship, leadership, and academic success. Help evaluate players and provide feedback to enhance their growth and development. Assist with game preparation, including scouting opponents and developing game plans. Work with the Athletic Office on scheduling, travel arrangements, and game logistics. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, school administration, and athletic department staff. Ensure compliance with school, league, and CIF rules and regulations. Promote the program within the school and local community to encourage participation and support.
