An Assistant Chief Engineer supports the **Chief Engineer** in overseeing engineering operations with a focus on streamlining processes, enhancing system reliability, and driving innovation through strategic planning and technical expertise\. **Key Responsibilities:** 99. **Leadership:** + Supervise the engineering team and manage daily operations, provide mentorship and technical guidance, ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet industry standards\. 99. **Project Management:** + Assist in developing and implementing maintenance plans for property, equipment, and assets, ensure all systems remain in a safe and acceptable state of repair\. 99. **Operational Support:** + Maintain, calibrate, and ensure the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, tools, and systems, focus on maximizing guest satisfaction through operational efficiency\. 99. **Compliance & Safety:** + Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations concerning engineering, safety, and environmental standards, conduct property safety audits and safety training for team members\. 99. **Technical Expertise:** + Provide advanced technical support in electrical and mechanical engineering, especially in **power plant operations, automation, programming, LDSS, synchronizing, servicing, and troubleshooting** \. + Offer strong support for **desalination plants, steam boilers, incinerators** , and their maintenance\. 99. **Budgeting & Resource Management:** + Assist in preparing and managing the engineering budget\. Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and resources to minimize waste and control costs\. 99. **Reporting & Documentation:** + Maintain accurate records of engineering processes, procedures, and maintenance\.
