Job Description

To ensure that general insurance claims are handled expeditiously and in a professional manner thereby meeting the customer expectations and the Company's Corporate ObjectivesConstantly monitor the claims processes and procedures and ensure that these are maintained at all times and ensure compliance to QOP and ISO 9001.Ensure that quality and timely service is offered to customers and that we maintain a cordial relationship with our customers.Constantly review claims process to reflect high level of efficiency and adaptation to prevailing economic, legal and social environment.

Monitor and report the internal processes

Oversee the claims process to ensure smooth processing of capturing and vetting as per manualsMonitor, evaluate and report on utilization and trends of utilization to control expenditureNegotiate professional fees and hospital chargesMonitor, control and prevent medical claims fraud  by constantly reviewing internal processes and providersUpdate the medical provider contactsReview departmental reports to align efficiency of claims processPrepare weekly and monthly claims reports
