**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage the monthly and quarterly royalty reports for top tier licenses - ranging from professional sports leagues to popular music entertainers and A-list celebrities
+ Drive the artwork approval process, provide valuable forecasting information, and manage the day-to-day communication with licensors
+ Lead the creation of key selling materials for the entire Flame for Life team such as brochures and catalogues to ensure our sales team has the best tools possible
+ Manage BIC's presence at key events such as trade shows and customer events to showcase the amazing Flame for Life products we offer
**What You'll Need**
+ You have a Bachelor's degree
+ You have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or public relations (candidates with a degree in Marketing and at least one related internship may be considered)
+ You have strong project management skills either at work, in your internship, or in the classroom
+ You have strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, and presentation skills. Previous experience with Nielsen or Circana will be considered a plus
Hybrid schedule (2 days per week in the Shelton, CT office and 3 days a week working from home)
