Main Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.Assist in the creation of marketing materials : digital and Ecom assets, KOL briefing and implementation, Key visual for POSM, etc.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and projects.Analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.Other marketing-related tasks as assignedExperience & Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree in marketing related or comm arts field.Prior minimum 6 months work experience in other FMCG company would be an advantage.Experiential Marketing Expertise:
Creative Concept Development: Generating innovative and engaging brand experience concepts that align with brand objectives, target audience, and budget.Event Planning & Execution: Strong organisational and logistical skills to plan, manage, and execute brand activations, events, and retail experiences flawlessly, whether online or offline (e.g., pop-up events, influencer partnerships, interactive digital campaigns).Online and Offline Experience: While the role requires a digital-first approach, proven success in designing and executing impactful brand activations in both online and offline environment.Project Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple activations, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, vendors).Budget Management: Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and optimising spending for maximum impact.Digital Marketing Integration: Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics to amplify brand experiences, drive online engagement, and track results.Visual & Sensory Storytelling: Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of how to create visually captivating experiences that appeal to the senses, which is particularly important in the beauty industry.Teamwork & Collaboration: Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative) and external partners (e.g., agencies, vendors) to deliver seamless brand experiences.Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, present concepts, and inspire stakeholders.Unilever is an organisation committed to equity, inclusion and diversity to drive our business results and create a better future, every day, for our diverse employees, global consumers, partners, and communities.
