Assistant Branch Manager
Coldwell Banker Realty is seeking to hire an **Assistant Branch Manager** to support the Wayzata office. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for working closely with the Branch Manager in implementing a system of management that will ensure the continued success of our sales associates while maximizing the profit of the office. The Assistant Branch Manager plays a critical role in achieving the business goals while promoting extraordinary customer service to further the Coldwell Banker culture and value system. **Duties** : + On-boarding and comprehensive development of new sales associates + Follow a defined outline to allow new agents to meet income goals + Conduct structured coaching and business counseling for sales associates in need of additional assistance to meet their goals + Present standardized action workshops to focus on revenue building activities + Conduct trainings on various lead generation activities, contract writing, contract negotiation, scheduling for success, etc. + Structure the standardized development process to benefit each individual sales associate + Along with the Field Marketing Specialist, incorporate training and development in regards to new company technology and tools + Develop a strong, trusting relationship with staff and sales associates + Support promotion of company initiatives + Create a strong and efficient work environment + Expand mortgage and title capture rate + Additional tasks as needed **Recruiting** + Recruit new and experienced sales associates + Maintain a retention program and report feedback **Coaching and Accountability** + Work with sales associates to develop and implement their business plan + Conduct individual coaching/accountability meetings with sales associates on a regular basis **Qualifications:** **Required:** + Minnesota Real estate license + 2-3 years’ experience selling real estate + Ability to hold others accountable to their personal goals + Proven decision making capabilities + Outstanding organizational skills + High-level written and verbal communication skills + Experience with public speaking and presentations + Confident, assertive and enthusiastic + Proven leadership skills + Strong strategic planning capability + Strong sense of integrity, honor, trust and commitment + Ability to create an atmosphere of harmony through a positive and approachable attitude + Ability to communicate a message successfully to differing audiences + Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects + Ability to provide feedback through coaching and training; recognize the importance of leading by example + Support promotion of company initiatives + Ability to work closely with others and build strategic alliances within the Coldwell Banker organization in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team + Capability to multi-task while remaining flexible in order to adapt to the ever-changing business environment + Conduct yourself in a professional, business-like manner in and out of the office (open houses, social events, meeting competitors and the sales associates of competitors) **Preferred:** + Experience in training and technology related to sales + Technology proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools, smart phones and tablet devices + Knowledge of social media channels and protocols preferred. + Knowledge of luxury real estate Coldwell Banker® (https://www.coldwellbanker.com/) is one of the world’s leading brands for the sale of million-dollar-plus homes and one of the largest residential real estate brokerage franchisors, with approximately 2,800 franchise and company owned offices and over 99,000 independent sales associates in the United States, Canada and 40 other countries.
