4 Year Degree The Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities and Operations oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and operations of the College’s athletic and recreational facilities. This role is responsible for all home athletic contest operations, supervising equipment room staff and student employees. Additionally, the position coordinates event logistics, and facility projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all department-managed spaces.

Ability to analyze and interpret business, technical, and regulatory documents. Strong writing skills for reports, correspondence, and procedures. Proficient in presenting information and responding to questions from diverse groups. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and scheduling software; able to quickly learn new systems, including the College purchasing system.Abilities:
