Position purpose:  The Management Department at Belmont University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor position in International Business and Strategic Management, beginning August 2025. This position will primarily teach required international undergraduate courses and the undergraduate and graduate capstone Strategic Management courses.

Job functions:

Teach undergraduate courses in international business and the undergraduate and graduate capstone Strategic Management courses.Maintain an active research agenda in international business/strategic management. Participate in curriculum development and assessment. Complete 24 workload hours, or equivalent, per academic year. Advise and mentor students in research and other class-related projects. Engage in activities to support the mission and vision of Belmont University and the college in which you teach. Contribute to the university’s mission of providing transformative education integrating academic excellence and Christian values.Participate in departmental and university committee work. Engage in scholarly activity and professional development.Engage in departmental and university service.Advise students in course selection and degree completion. Participate in a local church and the community.Abide by all relevant university and/or department procedures and policies.
