The Role
Supporting Account Managers in preparation of renewal documentation such as Market Reform Contracts, creation of client exposure dashboards to present to insurers and certificate questionnaires to enable timely issuance of Certificates of Insurance to clients. Assisting Account Managers on a range of ad hoc tasks including endorsement creation, onboarding of new clients to the WTW systems and production of Certificates of Insurance. Updating the WTW Certificate Database in a timely and accurate manner to ensure both an optimal experience for clients and adherence to audit requirements. Updating and maintaining various operational reports which monitor and track the Airline and Leasing team’s adherence to internal procedures and compliance processes. Promoting and applying a ‘best practice’ and consistency within Global Aviation and Space. Calculation of Policy adjustments.The Requirements
