**The Position** We are looking for a proactive and creative working student to join our team in Boehringer Ingelheim’s Global Security & Crisis Management department. You will be located in Ingelheim, but we offer flexibility in remote working options. **Tasks & responsibilities** + You will assist in digital projects for the Global Crisis and Business Continuity Management System at Boehringer Ingelheim. + You will support the customization of the Crisis Team App (MS Power Apps) to the needs of the regions. + You will contribute to various projects by performing assigned tasks and collaborating with team members. + You will assist in preparing and organizing training sessions for staff on crisis response and business continuity procedures. + You will help prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports. + Of course, you will have the possibility of pursuing your own interests and receiving mentorship to help you grow professionally. **Requirements** + We are open to applications from a variety of backgrounds: Whether you are enrolled in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Informatics, IT, or a related field: it is most important for us that you are interested in Crisis and Business Continuity Management as well as digitalization topics. + You should already be familiar with working with Microsoft Office applications like MS Teams, MS Power Apps, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint. + Of course, there will always be someone to guide you, nonetheless, you should have the ability to work independently. + Ideally, you are already a good team player with great communication skills as well as a quick grasp and personal initiative. + We are an international team; therefore, we mostly speak English.
