We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Support INSH Tech Strategy and Service Manager and INSH IT CIO to ensure a consistent and effective approach to managing the operational and financial aspects. Also s/he will assist in the delivery of support objectives including Financials control, Vendor Management, and Operational Risk Internal Process control.
1. Finance Control
Work with IT PPM team and IT COO team, system owners and project managers to ensure accurate and timely planning and re-forecasting, including AOP planning, and Pioneer.
Assist INSH IT PPM lead Finance Manager in verify the cost, maintenance Project cost report and conduct cost analysis, monitor project expenditure progress.
Support on Executive and Management team required reporting by consolidation and analysis data from different parties/team.
2. Monthly cost reconciles for IT department
Follow INSH finance requirement for cost reconciliation for IT Department, verify monthly cost complete the system wise action. i.e Cadency system.
Produce and maintain regular reporting / dashboards with analysis and follow-up action against departmental objectives.
3. Manage the Third-party cost requests for IT department.
Follow the Global Tech third party cost management process (TPS), support the Project managers in INSH IT to gain the third-party cost approval.
Act as the gate keeper to check the request raise by the department for quality control for TPS request. Assist in the communication with Global IT cost management to smooth the process in getting approval.
