As the Executive Director of the AWM Error Management Program, you will lead the strategic development and execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing error management processes within the organization. You will be responsible for advancing the existing strategy and framework, while also contributing to the design and development of a unified error platform. This platform will feature enhanced data capabilities, enabling consistent error analysis that informs business decisions and identifies opportunities for process improvement and error reduction.

Job Responsibilities 

Lead and manage the Error Management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Develop and implement strategies to enhance current error processing methodologies. Design and oversee the development of a single error platform with advanced data analytics capabilities. Provide high-level analytical support for complex projects, utilizing sophisticated data analytics on large datasets. Collaborate with various business leads across AWM to ensure alignment and integration of error management strategies. Ensure compliance with Firm Error Policies and Standards and program updates  Produce and deliver consistent error analysis reports to business units, facilitating informed decision-making and process optimization. Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective collaboration. Drive high-impact strategic initiatives that align with the key focus areas of AWM.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required. Significant experience in the financial services industry preferably within Wealth or Asset Management. Proven experience in a leadership role within error management, data analytics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities along with Project Management experience. Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful stakeholder management. Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive organizational improvement.
