As an Asset Servicing Associate II within Direct Custody and Clearing, you are responsible for leading the daily corporate action functions in the Australia and New Zealand teams. You will be part of the team that team that provides client corporate action announcement and processing services for the Australian and Hong Kong markets.

 

 

Job responsibilities: 

Process disbursement of all payments of cash and stocks to clients, record date income / stock reconciliation, disclosures of beneficiary holdings reportingParticipate in daily operational processing in Corporation Actions Ensure accurate and timely processing of all corporate action and income productsEscalate with urgency any event announcements that are unclear or event payments that cannot be processed in a timely manner to the appropriate party for clarificationInvestigate, and respond to internal queries in a timely and accurate manner investigation, analysis, and preparation of relevant data to resolve issues or client queries as required.Develop an understanding of the Direct Custody business particularly operational and control of the daily workflow within Asset Servicing as well as corporate action and income products.
