As a Fixed Income Investment Specialist within the J.P. Morgan Global Insurance Solutions Group, you will serve the investment needs of global insurance clients. You will be part of a dedicated global team of over 70 professionals, focusing on building and shaping our third-party insurance asset management franchise in Europe. You will represent JPMAM externally, providing service to clients and consultants on all matters relating to the insurance industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Service numerous large multi-national insurers within the UK and Continental Europe, demonstrating and executing C-level relationships. Develop products and solutions by assessing demand, creating vehicles/structures to mitigate regulatory constraints, and serving as a resource for other businesses. Engage in strategic sales with EMEA Client Advisors in regions with high insurance AUM and outsourcing opportunities. Provide insights into sustainability issues faced by insurance companies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proven experience in fixed income investment, preferably within the insurance sector. Ability to manage and execute C-level relationships with large multi-national insurers. Strong strategic sales skills and experience working with senior  EMEA Client Advisors. Understanding of regulatory constraints faced by insurers  and product/solution development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Insight into sustainability issues faced by insurance companies. Experience in developing and managing complex investment solutions for insurance clients. Proficiency in Italian, German, and French languages.
