Currently we are looking for Mid Asset Management Analyst to join our Asset Management team.

What you will be doing Support the general daily functions of asset management, including maintaining hardware and software inventory, acquisitions, consultation, maintenance, support renewals, reporting and asset lifecycle managementDevelop third party technology relationships to facilitate business requests that can range from internal product development to support ticket management with vendorsResponsible for audit of application usage and management of licenses to maximize use of existing licensesAssist with collecting and delivering information for budgeting of software and hardware purchases over the course of a fiscal yearAssist with providing support and consultation on projects of low complexity, negotiation and procurement of new licenses and/or renewal of agreementsTrack and maintain software product information including, license details, counts, deployment instruction, support Service Level Agreements and support contact instructionsIdentify and communicate the best model of purchase for a particular solution to relevant stakeholders.Update and maintain current documentation around processes and procedures as it relates to job activities What will make you successful Good command of English; min. B2 levelMust understand multiple license concepts across all models including Perpetual and Subscription models.Proficient with Microsoft Office; with strong Excel and Word skillsAttention to detail, negotiation skillsGood critical thinking and problem solving skillsGood oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tactSound business and technology acumenDemonstrated ability to conduct and lead meetings with positions at any levelOr an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
