Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead the commissioning and performance optimization activities for renewable energy assets • Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans and strategies • Oversee the coordination and collaboration between various internal and external stakeholders during the commissioning process • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements during the commissioning phase • Optimize asset performance through data analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the commissioning team • Drive innovation and efficiency in commissioning processes and methodologies • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for commissioning activities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new renewable energy assets into existing operations • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in renewable energy commissioning • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety within the commissioning team
Education Qualification: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable Energy) or related field
Experience: • 10-15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry • Proven track record of leading and managing commissioning activities for renewable energy projects • Demonstrated experience in performance optimization of renewable energy assets • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and industry best practices
