Job Summary:

As an Asset Servicing Analyst in the Asset Servicing Middle Office Operations, you will be responsible for Income and Corporate Actions operations and ongoing remediation activities across the IMOS product and service offering.

Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for day to day operations of all Asset Servicing - Income and Corporate Actions processesSetting up daily accruals in the asset servicing systems and ensuring timely settlement is performed on a daily basis in a controlled mannerIdentifying and repairing exceptions to ensure timely projection of income accruals and settlement in client’s liquidity portfolio, the Investment Book of RecordPerforming control checks to ensure any missing accruals are set-up timelyUnderstand the regulatory requirements working with Risk & Control / Compliance / Industry (ISDA/Equities industry groups/DTCC etc.) and internal stakeholdersDiligently follow the end-to-end control processesIdentify process and system enhancement recommendationsSuccessfully deliver controlled environment of Asset ServicingEnsure all controls and checks are completed by the end of day

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Good understanding of market regulations and nuancesGood business analysis skills to drill down the complex asset servicing events for multiple jurisdictionsGood problem solving skills in order to identify, understand, and address operational and technical issuesGood communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to develop relationships across the various stakeholders including Senior Business executivesSelf-motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervisionUnderstanding of the end-to-end transaction cycle for various productsAbility to work in a high pressure environment with time-critical deliveriesControl mindset to identify process control gaps, prioritize, and mitigate operational risk

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s degree, Finance / Economics or other related disciplinesExperience with investment banking environment is a must, preferably in Middle Office / Trade Support
