Oversee the repair process by daily data entry into SAP, obtaining and presenting quotes, and coordinating shipping and receiving activities at the customer site. Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements for the MRO/repair process, focusing on plant reliability. Collaborate with customer management and technicians to identify cost-saving opportunities. Conduct critical asset analysis to identify key assets and assist maintenance with predictive and preventative maintenance strategies, fostering a culture change. Work with Allen Bradley and third-party product OEMs to provide appropriate repair documentation and root cause analysis. Identify top failures (as defined by the customer) and assist maintenance with data to understand root causes and corrective actions. Collaborate with OEMs and repair facilities to identify probable causes and recommend corrective actions to reduce failure occurrences. Monitor repair turnaround times from OEMs and repair facilities, interpret trends and issues, and coordinate with the extended team to reduce turnaround time. Optimize spares for existing and new equipment. Provide consultative, transactional, and analytical services to the customer, including gathering relevant product data and creating metrics reports and databases for project status reports. Implement mutually agreed-upon process recommendations with the plant. Develop customer reports and conduct meetings to report on KPI status and open issues. Manage processes (SOP, training, KPIs, environmental concerns/best practices). Analyze data and provide recommendations on inventory levels, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations, repair processes, correct/right parts, and obsolescence management. Monitor equipment trends at the customer location. Provide recommendations for the use of predictive maintenance technologies. Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA), reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), fault tree analysis (FTA), and reliability block diagrams (RBD). Assist in setting required training and standards based on identified failure modes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00
