About the role
Comply with motor assessing processes and work allocation guidelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Limit allocation and assess delays for customer cases, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely resolutions. Support productivity objectives for Motor Assessors, fostering a collaborative and effective team environment. Contribute to the early identification of total losses, helping to streamline the claims processes. Provide thoughtful support to repairers and claims teams with motor assessing systems, ensuring accurate and reliable service.
About you
Experience in providing team administrative support, ensuring smooth coordination and efficiency within the team. Exposure to the motor industry, car industry, and other similar administrative roles is an advantage, bringing valuable insights and experience to the position. Demonstrate high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy, with a keen ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies in information. Exhibit strong technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools like Outlook, Microsoft Suite, Estimage, and Audanet. Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage internal client expectations to meet agreed timelines and scope, balancing competing demands in administrative and insurance roles
