Job Summary:
The Electronics Manufacturing Shopfloor Associate will be\nresponsible for assembling electronic components and systems within a\nproduction line. Key Responsibilities:
Assembly\n Operations:
Perform\n the assembly of electronic components and systems according to\n specifications and work orders.

Conduct\n in-process inspections to ensure quality and adherence to manufacturing\n standards.
Quality\n Control:
Inspect\n finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality\n standards.
Record\n and report any quality issues to supervisors and participate in\n corrective actions as needed.
Collaboration\n and Teamwork:
Work\n effectively within a team environment, communicating clearly with\n coworkers and supervisors.
Participate\n in team meetings to discuss production goals, challenges, and process\n improvements.
Documentation\n and Reporting:
Maintain\n accurate records of production output, quality checks, and assembly\n processes.

Qualifications:
ITI /Graduate or equivalent; technical training in electronics is preferred.
Previous\n experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly is an advantage.

Basic\n understanding of electronics and familiarity with assembly processes.
Good\n communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
