Job Description: + This position is a highly mechanical assembly position where the technician is required to use a wide variety of hand tools, calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, and some wiring harness experience. + If possible, we would like to target someone who has some soldiering experience and is familiar with using calibrated tooling. + Primary functions/responsibilities may include helping support the assembly line by tearing down overhaul units, supporting new production builds and cleaning the old parts from refurbished pedestals. + Helping support wire assembly/harness build for both new and overhaul pedestals. Skills/Experience: Education Requirements : + Minimal Highschool Diploma/GED anything additional is a bonus Experience Requirements : + Preferably 1-2 years experience in a mechanical assembly environment, with good knowledge on how to use a wide variety of hand tools. + We would prefer to have on candidate that has 1-2 years of wire assembly/harness build experience and a solider background to help in that area as well. Prior experience with harness building or mechanical building in a huge plus.
