The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with and build Signal Intelligence assemblies, providing critical capabilities to support our warfighters and keep our nation safe.
Responsibilities:
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and integration of complex component and system-level electronic assemblies. Your role will include cable routing, hardware installation, and the completion of associated documentation. You should be able to interpret drawings and comprehend wire diagrams effectively. The ideal candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and the ability to collaborate with internal and external customers. Strong time management skills are essential to ensure assembly builds are completed on schedule and meet program target dates.
Qualifications:
Required:
U.S. citizenship, due to nature of the work and contract requirements
Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance
Ability to read and comprehend drawings, specifications, and work instructions
Minimum 1-year hands-on manufacturing experience in an assembly or integration environment
Ability to lift and carry 25-45 lbs
Ability to work in tight spaces
Detail oriented and able to independently execute tasks
Desired:
5 years of electronics or aerospace manufacturing experience
Experience with hand soldering
IPC-620 certification
J-STD certification
Experience in an ESD and FOD controlled environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:
