Assembly Process Industrialization

The Assembly Process Industrialization Engineer is responsible for the 

Specifying, Implementing & Qualifying the Manufacturing Process & Equipment in compliance with SPS Principles.

Ensures the Product Assembly feasibility &  Develop Strategies/Options of Assembly line

Preparation of Process Documents (Work Instructions, JBS, Bill of material Creation, PFMEA studies)

Complete designing of the Production Assy line, Development of New Layouts

Design of Jigs, Fixtures & Assembly line Accessories like Kanban Racks, Assembly Trollies, Customized Trolleys etc

Select, Validate, Introduce & Standardize New Assembly technologies/processes locally.

To design & provide assembly & manufacturing lines with process flow, instructions & tools 

Prepares Manufacturing Process Specification document as key deliverable within PMP process.

Understands customer process requirements, product requirements and provide technical solution.

Ability to develop specifications, approve designs, realize, and qualify manufacturing equipment/tooling.

Ensuring that it meets the Capacity, Quality, Safety & Ergonomic requirement & supporting the plant on Industrial Engineering needs.

Is aware of Cybersecurity safe practices for industrial means.

Specialist in Product and Process Design FMEA,

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor.

Take & Manage risk with a sense of accountability. Innovate, generate, and promote new ideas within the team, challenge status quo, disrupt. Take the initiative and start-up.

Build good relationships with people in her own area.

Ability to develop safe working conditions and/or practices by utilizing Health & Safety concepts, programs, processes, and procedures.

Working knowledge of manufacturing processes n Specifies and procures manufacturing equipment with assistance n Reads and understands drawings for approval n Knowledge of Project Management.

Concept review and approval n Working knowledge with equipment qualification process n Evaluates equipment for safety and ergonomics concerns / issues and performance criteria.

Specifies manufacturing equipment and qualification plan to a level that all potential suppliers have the same understanding n Identifies project risk areas, assesses supplier capabilities and select best qualified suppliers

Contributes to perform assembly process qualification.
