- Meet all set timelines for the project phases, from equipment relocation to SOP
- Ensure zero defects and/or customer issue post-relocation as part of the Safe Launch initiative."

Descripción de puesto

HABILIDADES TÉCNICAS Y ADMINISTRATIVAS E INTERPERSONALES

Experiencia en un entorno de fabricación de mecanizado de gran volumen.

Fuertes habilidades de análisis, resolución de problemas, procesos y resolución de problemas.

Experiencia y conocimientos en robótica y sistemas de visión de Fanuc (preferido).

Debe tener buena actitud, ser flexible y estar dispuesto a ensuciarse las manos.

Experiencia para diseñar, depurar y validar nuevos procesos o líneas de producción para nuevos proyectos.

Liderazgo, gestión de informes indirectos de equipos multifuncionales, trabajo en equipo.

Conocimiento de los procesos de mecanizado: CNC, programación, herramientas de corte, accesorios, GD&T, movimiento y parámetros: velocidad, avance y profundidad de corte.

Conocimientos preferidos sobre: Relación de uso entre tipos de materiales y herramientas de corte, Tratamiento térmico y Dureza del material (HRB, HRC).

Herramientas principales AIAG VDA: FMEA, MSA, etc.

IATF 16949

GD&T

Software 2D/3D (como: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

Programación CNC y conocimientos básicos de PLC.
