As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Shopfloor Lead, you will play a vital role, leading the activities in the repair/services workshop. You will work closely with repair engineers to do the required tasks. You will perform hands-on work individually and as a workshop team leader.

As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul Shopfloor Lead, you will be responsible for:

Managing and overseeing employees to ensure that they are given appropriate tasks and assignments.Monitoring the attendance of the workshop team, and preparing the monthly time sheet.Preparing the utilization sheet for the workshop team to assure the max. use of the team.Developing training plans and organize suitable training where identified.Assuring the training completion for the workshop team as per the competency plan.Reading and understanding the job routing to assign the job to the workshop team, and assuring to complete on time.Securing the required tools, consumables and equipment required inside the workshop.Assuring the activities done safely as per the company HSE rules.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have Bachelor's degree in related fieldHave a minimum of 1 years of experience as a workshop team leader.Have experience in wellhead surface pressure control.Have excellent mechanical aptitude.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to lead the team professionally.Have a good computer skills.Be fluent in Arabic and English languages.
