**Job Title: Production Specialist-1** **Job Description** As a Production Specialist-1, you will manufacture data servers for a well-known large distribution company, ensuring long-term business stability. You will work in a clean, mostly temperature-controlled, metal-free facility. Employees are required to wear composite shoes starting from Day 1. This role requires flexibility to move between various positions including warehouse, assembly, and testing. **Shifts available are 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. WEEKLY PAY.** **Responsibilities** + Receive product, remove from boxes and plastic wrapping, and place into corrugator for box breakdown. + Label products and place them in proper bins for the 'supermarket'. + Utilize scanners and computers, particularly Excel, with training provided. + Move into different roles throughout the facility as needed and be cross-trained. + Work in 9 specific stations down an assembly line using an electric screwdriver. + Rotate stations and learn different parts of the assembly process. + Assemble racks for servers using an electrical screwdriver and label cables per work instructions. + Comfortable utilizing tools and working in a potentially loud environment. **Essential Skills** + General production experience. + Assembly experience. + Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. + Mechanical assembly skills. + Panel wiring knowledge. + Comfortable wearing composite shoes from Day 1. + Able to navigate a computer. **Why Work Here?** Join a brand new, clean, and well-lit facility with a great culture fostered by supervisors and team members.
