Job Description
We are seeking experienced panel builder assemblers proficient in both mechanical and electrical assembly. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling frames and cabinets for control panels, as well as wiring electrical components within panel enclosures. 1st shift, pay is $19-26 based on experience.
ResponsibilitiesAssemble frames and cabinets for control panels.Read and interpret blueprints for mechanical assembly.Use hand tools, drills, and screwdrivers for assembly tasks.Read and understand electrical schematics.Familiarize with wire gauge and sizing for electrical assembly.Cut wires to exact dimensions and wire boxes correctly.Use hand and power tools efficiently.Stand for 8-10 hours per day.Essential SkillsMechanical assembly experience.Electrical assembly experience.Proficiency in reading blueprints.Ability to use hand tools, drills, and screwdrivers.Knowledge of wire gauge and sizing.Experience in reading electrical schematics.Point to point wiring skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years minimum of panel building experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience in both mechanical and electrical assembly, preferably in a panel shop.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a climate-controlled facility and will be on your feet for the majority of your shift. The plant consists of a team of over 200 employees.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Dallas, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
