Job Title: Quality Technician

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection, testing, and process monitoring. This is a full-time position on the 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.Document and maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality-related activities.Identify defects or issues and collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.Educate and train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process and product quality.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.Previous experience in a quality control or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
