This role is for a General Assembler. This individual will assemble products under the direction of the Supervisor for Sensors. The individual should have basic knowledge of the use of manual hand tools, like pliers, wire strippers and screwdrivers.  Digital multimeter and basic soldering skills as applies to the joining of wires is a plus. We are looking for an individual with good organizational skills and the ability to work independently under the supervision of the team lead.  

Responsibilities: 

Assembles products such as all types of sensors, sensor kits, cable assemblies, instrument cases and miscellaneous components. Assist in inventory, testing, packaging and shipping

Qualifications:

High school diploma Basic electrical/electronic knowledge Use of standard tools including drill presses, grinders, routers Experience in soldering Able to lift < 50 pounds on occasion

Working Conditions:

Fast paced, working towards critical deadlines Test lab environment, warehouse, workshop Occasionally working with 120VAC/240VAC Occasionally working with voltage > 30kV
