Join our team at a newly established manufacturing facility dedicated to assembling large AC units. Our manufacturing plant focuses on quality and safety in producing HVAC units for commercial buildings such as apartment complexes, hospitals, and large buildings.
ResponsibilitiesPerform repetitive assembly work at various stations.Help assemble large AC units in a manufacturing environment.Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.Rotate work assignments based on customer needs.Conduct tasks such as brazing, soldering, operating machines and presses, and performing quality checks and tests.Report any malfunctions or defects to the production supervisor.Understand and interpret blueprints as part of the assembly process.Essential Skills6 months of manufacturing experience.Physically inclined with the ability to bend, twist, and lift 40 lbs repetitively.Willingness to climb into AC units for assembly tasks.Good attitude and willingness to learn.Work EnvironmentWork in a temperature-controlled and very clean environment with well-organized stations equipped with all necessary tools for assembling. You will work alongside team members and be supported by a lead technician during your first few weeks. The facility is new and continuously improving, with ongoing efforts to establish comprehensive testing stations for the units.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
