**Job Title: Electronic Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Electronic Assembly Technician to wire small, intricate parts into recon robotics. The role involves assembling parts by hand, testing, masking, and coating recon robotic systems. You will work offline, reading blueprints, and placing parts on the board. Your performance will be critical as it contributes to the overall success of the team in building the boards. **Responsibilities** + Wire small intricate parts into recon robotics. + Assemble parts by hand on assemblies. + Test, mask, and coat recon robotic systems. + Read blueprints and place parts on the board. + Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of the boards. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly and production. + Knowledge of electronics and electronic assembly. + Proficiency with hand tools and circuit board soldering. + Ability to work with small, intricate parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6+ months of relevant work experience is a plus. + Ability to lift 15-20 lbs. + Must pass ATMI Testing with at least 85%. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values a family culture and supports your professional growth with performance reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
