**Job Title: Assembler - 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
As a Cleanroom Technician on the 2nd shift, you will use hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized in multiple fields. You will perform quality checks on your work before proceeding to the next steps. Computers will be used to access step-by-step instructions for each assembly, and you must be able to log into multiple programs simultaneously to access the correct instructions.
**Responsibilities**
+ Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
+ Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces.
+ Perform quality checks on assembled circuit boards and sub-assemblies.
+ Log into multiple computer programs to access step-by-step assembly instructions.
**Essential Skills**
+ Basic computer operation skills for daily use.
+ Experience in production, assembly, and soldering.
+ Ability to use hand tools and production machinery.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1 year of assembly experience preferred.
+ 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay.
+ Experience in picking and packaging can be helpful.
+ Customer service experience is beneficial.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30
