**Job Title: Assembler AM** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Assembler, where you'll be a part of creating smart and reliable products for use in recreational vehicles, trucks, premium cars, pleasure and workboats, and more. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training across various product lines, including ventilators, cylinders, and steering components for boats. Your willingness to learn and patience will be key in this repetitive yet rewarding role. **Work Environment** Work in a comfortable shop environment that can be quite noisy. Dress comfortably and bring steel-toe work boots; all other PPE will be provided. The production floor is bright, clean, and organized, with multiple cells and buildings. You will likely have a partner, and the atmosphere is bustling with activity. The AM shift runs Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with PM shifts available as well. **Responsibilities** + Work in different aspects of the production line, assembling various parts of the same product. + Put on various sized screws, from very small to the size of your finger. + Assemble cylinders and other products, with some weighing up to 50 lbs. + Tighten screws and quality check your product. + Keep your station clean and organized. + Handle very small parts and work with hand tools. + Lift, bend, and twist for up to 8 hours a day. **Essential Skills** + Mechanically inclined with a love for assembling and disassembling items. + Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for dealing with small parts. + Comfortable with repetitive tasks and can remain at the same line for extended periods. + Proficient in English comprehension. + Reliable and can provide verified references. + Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. + Comfortable working around machinery noise. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous production assembly experience is a plus. + Team player with a respectful and reliable attitude. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment with benefits such as medical and dental coverage, a defined pension plan, and tuition reimbursement.
