Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled assembler to execute complex assembly tasks, including advanced mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies.You will read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure the correct assembly of components.Your role will include troubleshooting, diagnostics, and coaching lower-level assemblers on techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment includes lifting and/or moving up to 35 pounds, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as required.The role may also require climbing portable ladders.Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) will be required.The position demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, Arizona.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
